Noma is an energy and natural resources specialist/partner with the firm and possesses close to
two decades requisite experience in his chosen practice area, having worked at several
respected energy focused law firms in Nigeria over the years.
He possesses a sound knowledge and understanding of oil and gas contracts, oil and gas
regulatory compliance issues, the acquisition and disposal of oil and gas and assets, project
finance, corporate matters as well as power sector related transactions and regulatory
compliance issues.

Noma holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Nottingham, an MSc in International
Business from the Nottingham University Business School and an LLM in Oil and Gas Law from
the University of Aberdeen. He is also a member of the Nigerian Bar, the Association of
International Petroleum Negotiators, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Chartered
Institute of Purchasing and Supply.

Noma also runs Energy Mix (Nigeria) Limited, a multi faceted energy focused start-up company
which publishes Energy Mix Report, a Pan-African energy publication which can be found both
online and in a hard copy format.
